One of the most beautiful things about being photographers is staying in touch with our wedding couples and watching them step into their new role as parents! We were recently sharing some of our favorite resources with a new mama and thought it might be helpful to also share them with all of you!
Whether you are expecting your first, chasing toddlers, or just shopping for the sweet babies of your friends, we wanted to share something close to our hearts: faith-filled books for little ones.
Books are more than just bedtime stories—they’re the beginning of introducing the faith in a gentle, joyful way. As Catholic parents we are called to be the first and primary educators of our children. Christ spoke to us through parables which is an example for all of us how stories are a transformative way that we encounter Him.
Below is a list of our favorite Catholic books to gift or enjoy with children ages 1–4. They make thoughtful baptism gifts, first birthday surprises, or just a sweet addition to the family bookshelf.
