As much as you plan for everything to go perfectly on your wedding day, accidents happen. Whether they are health or fashion emergencies. It’s helpful to have the right tools and supplies on hand to quickly fix any issues and keep everyone comfortable.

Below is our extensive list of items you may want to have on hand for those “just in case” scenarios.

Beauty & Hair Items

  • Bobby pins
  • Hair ties
  • Hairbrush
  • Hairspray
  • Eyelash Glue
  • Nail Glue
  • Nail Kit (nail file, clippers, tweezers, scissors, etc.)
  • Sample size of your wedding day makeup (eg. some makeup artists will send a small sample of your lipstick with you for touch ups throughout the day)
  • Adhesive bra
  • Fashion Tape
  • Small sewing kit (in case a button pops off or dress/zipper rips)

Personal Care Items

  • Tissues
  • Deodorant (helpful if it is in a spray format)
  • Perfume
  • Tooth brush
  • Tooth paste
  • Floss or floss picks
  • Breath mints
  • Period Products
  • Shout wipes
  • Lint roller
  • Downey wrinkle releaser
  • Small scissors
  • Safety Pins

Health Items

  • Blister care (bandaids, alcohol swabs, etc)
  • Pain meds
  • First Aid Kit
  • Hand Warmers (particularly for fall and winter weddings!)
  • Food and snacks to curb hunger and keep energy up

Warm Weather Items

  • Water (pro tip: for ceremony locations with poor AC, plan to put a small water bottle on the chairs/pews of each spot for your VIPs such as the parents, grandparents, bridesmaids, and groomsmen)
  • Small handheld fans
  • Extra dress shirt for the groom in case of sweat
  • Face blotting wipes for sweat
  • Sunscreen

Cold Weather Items

  • Hand warmers for bride, groom, and each member of the wedding party
  • Winter boots and leggings for the bride and bridesmaids to wear during outdoor pictures
  • Electric blanket to warm up the bride after outdoor pictures
