How He Asked

On a cold winter day, Tom took Keeley on a walk down a St. Paul city street and thought it would be sweet to stop at one of those Little Libraries to peruse the books in there.

They opened the glass door and started reading through titles when Tom pulled out a book titled, How to Propose Without Screwing It Up. Naturally, Keeley thought it was funny and I’m sure winked at Tom to take it home for some “inspiration” – nudge nudge.  Little did she know that he had planted it there earlier that day. He got down on one knee, asked Keeley to marry him and she said… is this a joke?! It’s real?! Ok, then yes!!

Capturing the love

We met up with Tom and Keeley for their engagement session at Como Park in St. Paul, MN. Katzie couldn’t stop ooh-ing and ahh-ing over Keeley’s sapphire ring! Not sure how this bride is able to get anything done in her busy grad school and work life with all that gorgeous distraction 😉

We weren’t sure if the fall weather would hold out for us, but Keeley’s love of Halloween is very real so she was down for making a drizzly cloudy day work – and it worked right back in their favor! There is such a beautiful mix of architecture and nature in this spot that made the perfect background for showcasing their love.
